Heather Musick

Heather Musick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President - Organizational Change Manager at M&T Bank since August 1993. In this role, Heather leads a team focused on change management strategies for technology implementations, operational restructures, and acquisitions. Prior positions include Strategic Sales Development Manager, where Heather developed training strategies for over 500 employees, and Senior Relationship Manager, responsible for managing corporate client relations on the West Coast and Rocky Mountains. Additionally, Heather owned and operated Chef Musick, a catering business from November 2015 to December 2019, leveraging over 20 years of catering experience. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, in Finance and Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
