James Ashby

James Ashby currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Digital Product Owner II at M&T Bank, where responsibilities include leading the vision and roadmap for Mobile & Online Banking products, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring customer advocacy within the team. In addition, James is the Owner of BESTO Kitchen, known for the popular condiment BESTO Hot Honey. Previous experience encompasses roles as Product Owner and Scrum Master at Catalyte, where James coordinated product requirements, and at SparkPost and UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities included managing product backlogs and serving as a liaison across teams. Additional experience includes technical roles at ACGI Software, DST Systems, Ameritox, and Lockheed Martin, focusing on business analysis and system development. James Ashby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Morgan State University.
