Jon Riggs

Jon Riggs is a seasoned professional in operations and human resources, currently serving as Vice President at M&T Bank since July 2022. Previously, Jon held positions as Recruitment Operations Manager and Corporate Fellow at WilsonHCG from January to July 2022. Jon's extensive experience in the United States Marine Corps spanned over 14 years, where roles included Operations Project Manager, Operations Officer, and Director of Operations at the Pentagon. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from WVU John Chambers College of Business and Economics, a Fellowship in National Security Policy Studies from MIT, and a Master’s degree in Military Studies from Marine Corps University, among other qualifications. Currently, Jon is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Project Management at Boston University.
