Michael Major

Michael Major is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in product management and corporate finance. Currently serving as Product Manager for Indirect Lending at M&T Bank since March 2015, Michael oversees the P&L for the auto, RV, and marine lending portfolio. Prior to this role, Michael held various senior positions at Synacor from September 2008 to March 2015, including Senior CCAR Manager in Capital Planning and Senior Director of Corporate Development & Finance. Michael's experience at M&T Bank also includes a previous role as Product Manager for Credit Cards and Unsecured Lines of Credit. Michael's career began in the U.S. Army, where Michael served as a Captain and Intelligence Officer from May 1999 to August 2004. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
