Randy Martin

Randy Martin, a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), holds extensive experience in risk management, operational development, and program oversight within the banking industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President - Risk Manager II at M&T Bank. Responsibilities span the evolution of risk strategy, process monitoring, and control documentation. Complementing banking experience, Randy founded RanDM Enterprises, which offers a range of innovative design services, and has significant involvement in event management and safety coordination for triathlons and marathons. As a former Business Leader at Cameron, expertise includes Lean Six Sigma methodology implementation and overseas manufacturing development. Randy holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Buffalo State University and the University at Buffalo.
