Rob Phillips is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and talent management across diverse industries. Currently serving as Chief Learning Officer at M&T Bank since 2018, Rob has successfully internalized Senior Development Programs and implemented leadership effectiveness initiatives. Prior to M&T Bank, Rob held significant roles at Point 72 Asset Management, Gartner, MassMutual, and General Electric, where strategic responsibilities included redesigning performance management processes, executive assessment and coaching, and driving change management efforts. Rob holds a Master of Arts in Social Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Binghamton University.
