Susan Tapani

Susan Tapani is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in enterprise strategy, transformation, and multicultural marketing at M&T Bank since October 2010, currently serving as SVP. Tapani has held various roles, including Head of Multicultural Marketing and Product Owner for Consumer Retention & Engagement. Prior to M&T Bank, Tapani founded iAuctionAssist LLC, a successful B2C and B2B eCommerce startup. Experience also includes serving as VP of Marketing and Sales at FastParts and as VP of the International Group at Encyclopaedia Britannica, where key contributions facilitated the company's transition to digital content. Tapani holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Chemistry from Ithaca College.
