Thad Will

Thad Will is an experienced professional with a diverse background in banking, education, and management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Team Lead of the Commercial Credit Underwriting team at M&T Bank since July 2003, Thad holds additional roles including Senior Relationship Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at Penn State University, teaching business administration courses, and founding Frontalobe, Inc., an early-stage antenna technology company. Additional roles include managing territory for Cargill in animal nutrition and overseeing operations as a farm manager at Murphy Family Farms. Thad earned an MBA in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Science in Dairy & Animal Science from Penn State University.
