Timothy B Hodges

Timothy B. Hodges is a seasoned banking and community development professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Area Lead for New England at M&T Bank since 2022, Hodges has previously held significant positions at People's United Bank, N.A. from 2007 to 2022, including First Vice President of Government Relations and Community Development, Vice President of Government Relations and CRA Investments, and Executive Director of the People's United Community Foundation. Earlier career roles include Chief Executive Officer at Stamford Family YMCA (2004-2007) and various positions at People's Bank (1997-2004) and as Legislative Assistant to Congressman Christopher Shays (1995-1997). Hodges holds an Executive Education degree in Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management from Harvard Business School and a Master's degree in Public Administration, along with a Bachelor's degree in Management Science from Kean University.
