Rosalind Pagano MHFA has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Mt. Bethel Church since June 2018, previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Packard Inc. and TNG, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment and onboarding, leadership training, policy development, and employee relations. Rosalind has received multiple accolades, including the 2016 Above and Beyond Award and the 2014 Making the Difference Award. Educational pursuits include studies at Nassau Community College and ongoing enrollment at Kennesaw State University since 2015.

Mt. Bethel Church
Mt. Bethel has served our community for over 175 years. In the late 1870s, the original church structure at the intersection of what is now Richmond Hill and Charlsie Drive, moved to the corner of Lower Roswell Road and Johnson Ferry Road. Shortly after this move, the new church caught fire, but in no time the Mt. Bethel family rallied together and rebuilt their church stronger than ever. This original church building still exists, but we’ve evolved and expanded over the years. In 2016, our church grew to include two new campuses: Our North Campus, a family-centric community and worship environment located a few miles north of our Lower Roswell Road campus, and The Gathering, our church-within-a-church that offers a modern worship style. We look forward to the ways that God will continue to grow us in the future. Our local community is a significant part of our history, and we hope that you will make us part of yours.
