Tegan Rowley is currently the DCFT Affiliate Faculty at Regis University and the Co-Founder / Clinical Director of The Wounded Healer Project. Tegan also serves as the Practice Owner and Mental Health Counselor at Sovereign Soul Counseling, where they specialize in veteran issues, trauma, and life improvement. In addition, Tegan works as a Mental Health Counselor at Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center, providing individual counseling services to veterans and dependents. With a background in patient services at Children's Hospital Colorado and experience in Air Transportation with the United States Air Force, Tegan brings a wealth of diverse experience to their current roles.

Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center provides career and transition assistance, behavioral health and wellness, supportive services, connection to community resources, and safe event space for veterans, military members and their families. The non-profit has proudly supported nearly 5,000 clients through more than 20,000 visits since 2016. Mt. Carmel was a dream of Mr. Jay Cimino and his strong desire to support our veteran community in meaningful ways. The Career and Transition team directly assists transitioning service members, veterans of all eras, and their family members in gaining meaningful employment, emphasized support for military spouses. The team collaborates with employers, military installations, and community partners to ensure success. The Colorado Governor recently extended state funding five years for the Veterans Service to Career program based on strong success of our pilot program. Our Behavioral Health and Wellness services include individual, group & couples therapy, no-cost therapeutic retreats, trauma-focused yoga, tai-chi & PTSD-focused support. Services are confidential and open to veterans of all era and regardless of discharge status. Supportive Services are a hand-up to members of the veteran community experiencing crisis. Working with national and community partners, the goal is to help people stabilize their lives allowing them to access other wellness and career services they may need. Mt. Carmel also provides a safe, multi-functional space to support groups and our partners. We collaborate with over 40 community partners to ensure success for our clients. Visit Mt.
