David Greaves

David Greaves is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in photography, self-defense instruction, and environmental biology. Currently serving as a Photography Instructor at Mt. Cuba Center since September 2021, David focuses on nature photography. As a Krav Maga Instructor at the School of Life Defense since October 2020, David contributes to the training of students after eight years of personal training. David is also the Founder of Nature Under Your Nose, an initiative aimed at increasing outdoor participation among black individuals and people of color through photography and nature-based activities. Additionally, as a Biologist at the USEPA since November 2002, David holds the position of Remedial Project Manager. David's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lincoln University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
