Kathleen Elliot

Kathleen Elliot is an experienced educator currently working at Mt. Cuba Center since February 2022. Previously, Kathleen held the position of office coordinator at Astec, Inc. from April 2019 to February 2022 and worked for Rockelman's Nursery as a landscape designer from March 2005 to December 2018, where responsibilities included client contact, site analysis, and landscape design, among others. Kathleen's earlier experience includes roles as a document specialist and manufacturing technician at Wyeth Laboratories and a proofreader at Techbooks. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Science in Plant Science from the University of Delaware, a Certificate of Merit in Landscape Design from Longwood Gardens, and a teaching certification in Secondary Communication and Middle and High School English from York College of Pennsylvania.
