Kathleen Williams has a range of experience in finance and accounting roles. Kathleen started their career as a Financial Analyst at Eurofresh Inc. in 2005, where they worked until 2012. Eurofresh was a large hydroponic glass greenhouse operation with a focus on Dutch tomato varieties. Kathleen then moved on to LDRV where they served as a Financial Controller for their Tucson location. This company specialized in recreational vehicle sales and service, with a total company-wide revenue of $567M. In 2012, Kathleen transitioned to SAMHC Behavioral Health Services, where they held the position of Controller and Facilities Manager. Kathleen then joined Primavera as a Financial Controller, a local non-profit that addresses homelessness through affordable housing, workforce development, and neighborhood revitalization. Kathleen's most recent role is at Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center, where they have served as the Finance Director since 2014, and is currently Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
Kathleen Williams began their education at Washington State University in 1986, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and English Literature. Kathleen completed their undergraduate studies in 1993.
Later, in 2007, Kathleen enrolled at the University of Phoenix to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration. Kathleen successfully completed this program in 2009.
Currently, Kathleen is a Doctor of Management (DM) candidate at the University of Phoenix, where they have been studying Organizational Management since 2009. Kathleen is expected to complete their doctoral studies in 2023.
