Traci Johns, PHR

Traci Johns, PHR has a diverse work experience in human resources and recruiting. Traci currently serves as a Healthcare Recruiter at Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center, where they are responsible for full life cycle recruiting and partnering with hiring leaders and the HR Director to meet HR goals. Prior to this, Traci worked at Memorial Regional Health as a Human Resources Generalist - Talent Acquisition and Retention, where they supported HR practices and promoted the organization's mission and values. Traci also has experience as a Professional Development Manager at Allegiance Staffing LLC, where they managed branch locations, client relationships, and recruitment. Traci has also held roles as an Interim Human Resources Manager/HR Generalist/HR Supervisor at Hanil USA, an Independent Contractor (Insurance Agent) at Aflac, and a Workers' Compensation and Benefits Administrator/Accounts Payable Administrator at GEW, Inc. Earlier in their career, they served as a General Manager/Director of Human Resources at SERRG, Inc., overseeing administrative functions, policy creation, and vendor selection.

Traci Johns, PHR, pursued their education in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from Auburn University. Traci obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in this field from 1991 to 1994. In addition to their degree, Traci also holds the certification of Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI. Traci obtained this certification in August 2022.
