Allison Marriner is an experienced slope grooming manager currently working at Mt. Hood Meadows Resort since November 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing grooming operations. Prior to this role, Allison served as a snowcat operator at the Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympics & Paralympics from December 2015 to November 2019, and worked for Vail Resorts from November 2004 to November 2019 in roles such as lift maintenance assistant and snowcat operator. Additionally, Allison has experience as a grooming lab instructor at Colorado Mountain College in early 2014. Education includes an Associate of Applied Science in Ski Area Operations from Colorado Mountain College (2003-2005) and studies at Pacific Northwest College of Art (2000-2002).

Mount Hood Meadows is one of the largest ski resorts in Oregon and the largest ski resort on Mount Hood. It is located about 67 miles east of Portland, and 35 miles from Hood River along Oregon Route 35. It has both Alpine and Nordic ski areas and offers night skiing, lessons and equipment rentals.
