Michael Capobianco has a solid background in food science and product development, gaining extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as a Product Development Associate at Mt. Olive Pickle Company Inc. since February 2017, Michael previously held the position of Quality Control Intern at the same company during the summer of 2016. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Meat Cutter at Harris Teeter for over four years, ensuring product safety and quality. Additionally, Michael contributed as a Caterer at Special Touch Catering from 2008 to 2016, overseeing food preparation and cleanliness at catered events. Michael earned an undergraduate degree in Food Science from North Carolina State University, culminating studies in 2016.
