Bryan Shelby

Bryan Shelby, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the real estate and financial industries. Bryan is currently serving as the Vice President/Production Analyst at M&T Realty Capital Corporation since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC, where they held multiple roles including Associate Underwriter (January 2020 - August 2021), FHA Loan Analyst (January 2018 - January 2020), Senior FHA Loan Processor (March 2016 - January 2018), and FHA Loan Processor (March 2013 - March 2016). Bryan also has experience working at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs as a Processor from April 2011 to February 2013.

Bryan Shelby obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Valdosta State University between 2006 and 2010. In 2015, they attended the American Bankers Association to specialize in Analyzing Financial Statements. Continuing their education, Bryan pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance, General from Brenau University AGS from 2016 to 2018. In 2020, they completed the FHA Multifamily Underwriter Training at the Mortgage Bankers Association.
