Connor Quigley

Connor Quigley has a strong background in the real estate and finance industry. Connor started their career as a Multifamily Summer Analyst at M&T Realty Capital Corporation in 2015. Connor then worked as a CRE Summer Analyst at Ciminelli Real Estate Services of Florida in 2017. In 2018, they joined Churchill Stateside Group as an FHA MAP Underwriter Trainee. Connor returned to M&T Realty Capital Corporation in 2019 and held various roles, including Associate Multifamily Underwriting Analyst and Associate Multifamily Screening Analyst. Connor was promoted to Vice President in 2021 and has since worked as the Multifamily Production Analyst for both Loan Originations and Affordable Housing.

Connor Quigley earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the University of Tampa, completing their studies from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Mount Saint Joseph High School between 2011 and 2015. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the FHA Multifamily Underwriter Training Program from the Mortgage Bankers Association in June 2023. Connor also acquired the School of Multifamily Property Inspections certification in November 2019 from the same institution. In January 2018, they obtained the Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) certification from Bloomberg LP.
