David Bonomo

David Bonomo has a diverse work experience in the real estate and finance industry. David is currently the Managing Director at M&T Realty Capital Corporation, where they focus on originating multifamily affordable housing loans. Prior to this, David worked as a Senior Advisor at Related Companies, providing capital markets advisory services for affordable projects. David also served as the Director of Originations at Lument, where they managed multifamily lending and bond financings. Before that, they held roles such as Chief Financial Officer at New Jersey Housing & Mortgage Finance Agency, Managing Member at Shore Road Capital, LLC, and Senior Vice President at NW Financial Group.

David Bonomo attended Trinity College-Hartford from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Following that, they pursued further education at New York Law School from 1989 to 1992, completing their JD degree with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
