Mike Lawler

Mike Lawler has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike is currently the Senior Vice President, Product Owner II at M&T Realty Capital Corporation since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Catalyte from April 2019 to December 2022, where they held the position of VP, Product Management. During their tenure, they led product managers and engineering teams, resulting in the growth of gross product margins and the generation of over $30 million in incremental annualized revenue. Mike led the development of various products, such as the NavaRX rapid weight loss product, Nava Elements private-label line of nutritional supplements, and the Nava Preferred membership solution. Mike also generated incremental revenue through launching and managing the Innovative Health Labs division.

Prior to Nava Health, Mike held the position of Senior Director, E-Commerce at Care One Services, Inc. from 2003 to 2013. Mike also founded and served as the Executive Director of Pieces of the Puzzle, LLC from 2006 to 2010.

Mike'searliest work experience includes roles at Amerix Corporation, where they were the Director of Internet Technologies / Software Engineering from 2000 to 2003, overseeing the Internet Technologies Division and managing custom software development projects. Mike also worked as a Sr. Web Developer / Tech Lead at Amerix Corporation from 1999 to 2000, tasked with building a new team for developing the company's internet presence.
