Zach Casale

Zach Casale has over 13 years of experience as a mortgage banker in the commercial real estate industry. Zach currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at M&T Realty Capital Corporation, where they develop opportunities and closes commercial real estate loans. Prior to this role, Zach worked as a Director at Lument, formerly known as Hunt Real Estate Capital, where they served as a lender for commercial real estate investors nationwide. Zach also has experience as a Managing Director at a regional mortgage banking firm, where they structured and arranged commercial mortgage debt and equity terms for real estate investors across the United States and Canada. Throughout their career, Zach has closed over 100 transactions, including construction loans and complex Wall Street, Agency, and life company deals.

Zach Casale completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Niagara University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning at the University at Buffalo, from 2007 to 2009.
