Haynes Winkler has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Haynes began their career as a Congressional Intern for Adam Schiff in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2010. In 2011, they worked as an IT Assistant at the California Institute of Technology. Haynes then moved on to Stanford University in 2012, where they worked as a Student Researcher at the Stanford Archaeological Excavation in Chavin de Huantar.

In 2013, Winkler took on two roles. First, they worked as a Communications Intern at the American Red Cross of Greater Los Angeles. Then, they became a Bay Area Justice Corps Member at AmeriCorps.

In their most recent role at MTailor, they served as the Head of Product Operations and CRM, acting as the lead website product manager, managing advertising campaigns, and building partnerships with B2B clients.

Throughout their work experience, Winkler has demonstrated a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, iterate and improve products based on customer feedback, and drive business growth.

Haynes Winkler obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations from Stanford University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Latin American Studies at Stanford University, which they completed from 2013 to 2014.
