Anushman Reddy

Anushman Reddy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the engineering and procurement fields. Currently serving as Director at MTAR Technologies Private Limited since December 2016, Anushman has implemented significant improvements such as the restructuring of the Employee Training Manual and the development of Computer Based Training programs, which led to a 32% reduction in defects. Prior to this role, Anushman worked as a Procurement Specialist at AeroVironment from January 2016 to December 2016 and served as an Analyst at MTAR Technologies in 2012 and at Metal Treatment System in 2011, where valuable optimizations in quality assurance were delivered to senior management. Anushman holds a Master’s Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from JNTUH.
