Roger Smeets

Roger Smeets is a seasoned operations manager currently overseeing activities at TECHNOLINK BV since August 2018. With extensive experience at MTB Maastricht BV since 1996, Roger has served as a board secretary focused on innovation and business development, as well as the secretary of the works council, where responsibilities included organizing council activities, providing substantive knowledge, and advising on decision-making processes. Prior experience also includes leadership of personnel and payroll administration at MTB Regio Maastricht NV from 1992 to 2002. Roger holds a Master in Personal Leadership in Innovation and Change, completed between 2012 and 2015.
