Jimmy Cross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and military leadership. Currently serving as a Risk Manager at Management & Training Corporation (MTC) since February 2020, Jimmy oversees fire, safety, sanitation, and risk management programs. Prior to this role, Jimmy served in various positions within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and held multiple leadership roles in the United States Air Force from March 2002 to April 2020, including B-1 Aircraft Section Chief, where leadership extended to over 65 maintainers. Jimmy's earlier career included management roles at Carpet Express Inc. and Winn-Dixie, beginning as a grocery clerk and advancing to customer service manager. Educational achievements include an Associate's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Community College of the Air Force and further studies at Tennessee Wesleyan University.
