David Kowalski, PE, is a licensed professional engineer with extensive experience in mechanical engineering, project management, and team leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a Preconstruction & Project Manager at MTech Mechanical, David specializes in HVAC, plumbing, process piping, and ventilation for commercial, institutional, healthcare, and industrial applications. Previous roles include Mechanical Engineering Supervisor at ZAP Engineering & Construction Services, Inc., where David focused on fluid dynamics, HVAC design, and heavy industrial facility design, as well as Developmental Flight Test Pilot & Engineer at the Naval Air Weapons Station, where David led technical projects related to hardware and software integration.
