Luke Miller

Luke Miller has over a decade of experience in project implementation and customer support, currently serving as a Senior Project Implementation Specialist at MTech Systems since May 2011. In this role, Luke led a global Customer Support team, which provided solutions for clients across multiple continents. Previous positions include Customer Support Manager and Internal Training Manager, focusing on developing training processes and resources for the organization. Prior to MTech, Luke was a Contract Employee at SouthernLINC Wireless, handling various operational tasks and documentation while also creating an Accessory Catalog. Additionally, Luke served as an Administrative, Engineering & Operations Management Assistant at Southern Flow, supporting high-level executives and coordinating engineering projects. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Middle Grades Education from Kennesaw State University.
