Andrew Madans is an experienced biomedical engineer currently working as a Staff Engineer in R&D at MTF Biologics, where they develop allograft tissue forms for Wound Care applications. With a strong interest in tissue engineering and regeneration, Andrew has extensive knowledge in all phases of product development, from feasibility to post-release support. They began their career as a Summer Intern at Novartis and worked as a research student in The Fischbach Lab while pursuing degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Biological Engineering at Cornell University. Previously, Andrew held roles as an Associate Engineer and Engineer at MTF Biologics, as well as an R&D Associate at PepsiCo.
