Terry Shelby

Terry Shelby has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Associate Manager of Talent at MTF Biologics since May 2018, following roles as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to this, Terry worked at Barnes & Noble College as a Recruiter for a short period in early 2018, and served as a Contract Recruiter at RB from April 2017 to February 2018. Previous positions include HR Manager and HR Coordinator at Napier Healthcare, HR Coordinator at The Star Ledger, and HR Administrative Assistant at Forest Laboratories. Terry holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology from City University of New York-Hunter College, earned between 1999 and 2001.
