Rafael Tenor has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Rafael started their career at Accenture in 1992 as an HP Experienced Manager, responsible for Human Resources and Change Management in the Consumer Goods and Services Practice. In 2004, they joined FICOSA International as the Corporate HR Development & Staffing Director, where they designed and executed HR strategies globally. Rafael also served as the Corporate Labor Relations Director, representing and defending the company's interests in legal and labor-related matters. In 2009, Rafael became the VP of Human Resources, Organization, and Information Systems at METALOGENIA, S.A. Overall, their expertise lies in HR, organizational strategy, and labor relations.
Rafael Tenor's education history includes earning a Licenciatura degree in Law from the Universitat de Barcelona between the years 1985 and 1990. In 2004 and 2005, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EADA Business School. From 2008 to 2009, they obtained a Master's degree in Social Security and Labor Relations from Centro Estudios Financieros. In 2011, Rafael attended Esade for finance studies. Lastly, in 2014 and 2015, they participated in the Advanced Management Program (AMP) for Executive Education at Esade.
