Latonya Friant

LaTonya Friant is a seasoned Mortgage Loan Officer currently at MTH Mortgage, a partnership of loanDepot and Meritage Homes, since January 2018. With prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Universal Lending Corporation from June 2016 to January 2018, LaTonya began their career in the real estate industry shortly after relocating to Denver in 2005, initially honing skills at Innovative Real Estate Group. LaTonya also worked as a Realtor at PorchLight Real Estate Group from December 2010 to June 2016. LaTonya holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa, earned between 1999 and 2003.
