Scott has nearly 8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition across a number of international businesses and sectors, recruiting a diverse and fully inclusive group of candidates within a variety of positions for both North American and European markets.

At mthree Scott is responsible for strategic recruitment in both the USA & Canada alongside the day-to-day management of the talent team.

Scott works closely with business areas to ensure each team works in collaboration to meet company objectives and to support growth within mthree.

Scott is passionate about promoting and attracting a diverse workforce within STEM, both internally at mthree and externally at industry events.
