Joel Kapellusch

Joel Kapellusch, MSIE, CSSBB, currently serves as Vice President of Operations at MTI Motion and is Managing Partner at Kapium, LLC, providing consultative and advisory services in various aspects of operations and engineering management. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Cree Lighting, where Joel directed operations and IT, and at Rhino Tool House, overseeing advanced manufacturing solutions. Joel has also held academic positions as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, teaching accredited industrial engineering courses. With a solid educational foundation in Industrial and Management Engineering, Joel has consistently driven operational efficiency and innovation throughout a diverse career spanning multiple leadership positions in the manufacturing sector.
