William Lucas

William Lucas is an experienced professional in sales and engineering within the aerospace and military sectors. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager for Montevideo Technology, Inc. since October 2017, William is responsible for North American sales of high-performance electric motors, drives, controllers, and precision winding components, focusing on customized engineered solutions. Previously, as Product Line Manager at CEF Industries from January 2009 to 2017, William managed the sales team and the profit and loss of multiple product lines while developing annual business plans. William also held roles at MPC Products from 1994 to 2009, including Engineering Manager, where mentorship and project management were key responsibilities, and Project Engineer, focusing on the design and analysis of electromechanical actuators. William holds an MBA in Management and Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University.
