Kimleye N. is a seasoned Project Manager at Fusion5 since May 2022, with a robust background in customer success and urban planning. Previously, Kimleye served as a Customer Success Manager at Next Technik from March 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included leading design discussions for NetSuite and NextService solutions, managing post-implementation support, and maintaining customer satisfaction across the APAC and EMEA regions. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Sales Representative at Arconic Fastening Systems and an Urban Planner at Palafox Associates, where Kimleye coordinated complex projects and promoted sound planning principles. Kimleye holds a Master of Urban Development and Design from UNSW and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning and Management from Miriam College.
