Wes McWilliams

Wes McWilliams is a seasoned professional in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as Director of Manufacturing at Minds Mechanical since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Production Engineer at Airbus from September 2019 to October 2023 and Manufacturing Engineer at Ironwood Plastics, Inc. from April 2018 to September 2019. Wes began a career in manufacturing engineering at R&D Machine and Engineering, Inc. and has a diverse background, including experiences as a Snow Plow Operator, Service Technician, and Sales Associate. Wes holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Michigan University, complementing a strong foundation from Prairie Ridge High School.
