Katherine Schroeder, LMHC, MCAP, QCS, serves as a Process Change Consultant at MTM_Services, focusing on enhancing patient care and workplace sustainability for behavioral healthcare organizations nationwide since April 2022. Previously, Katherine held various leadership roles at Aspire Health Partners, Inc. from 2012 to 2023, including Vice President of Community Based Programs and Vice President of Acute Care Outpatient Programs, and provided clinical and administrative oversight as Community Mental Health Director. Katherine's extensive background in mental health spans multiple roles, including program management and coordination at Seminole Behavioral Healthcare, with a strong focus on co-occurring disorders and psychosocial rehabilitation. Katherine holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, as well as pursuing a Bachelor's degree in French Studies and a minor in Nonprofit Management at Georgia Southern University.
