Willa Presmanes has over four decades of experience in the behavioral health field, currently serving as a Medical Necessity UM Consultant at MTM_Services since 2004, where responsibilities include ensuring the reliability and validity of client data for various states and collaborating with software companies on data coding. Since September 2007, Willa has been a Consultant for Clinical Outcome Measures at the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare, providing expertise in monitoring patient progress and presenting on functional assessments at annual conferences. Previously, Willa coordinated clinical efforts at the DeKalb Community Service Board from 1980 to 2005. Willa holds an M.A. and M.Ed. in Statistics from Georgia State University (1975-1980) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Statistics from The University of Georgia.
