Adam R. Thomas

Adam R. Thomas has a diverse work experience that spans several leadership roles in various industries. Currently, they serve as the Market Director / General Manager at MTM, Inc., where they oversee a statewide healthcare transportation operation. In this role, Adam has been successful in developing strong client relationships, building a network of quality suppliers, and improving the financial performance of the company. Prior to this, Adam served as the COO of Second Harvest Food Bank of Southern Wisconsin from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they held various positions at Schneider, including Director of Operations, Operations Manager, Manager of Accessorial Revenue, and Customer Service Manager. Throughout their tenure at Schneider, Adam demonstrated strategic leadership, managed key commercial relationships, and achieved significant cost savings and operational improvements.
