Jessica Williams

Jessica Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jessica currently holds the position of Strategic Rideshare Director at MTM, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Command Center Director at Veyo from July 2021 to October 2022. Jessica also worked at Zovio as the Director of Enrollment Retention & Reengagement from June 2019 to July 2021, and as a Program Manager, Process Optimization from April to June 2019.

Before joining Zovio, Jessica held multiple roles at Bridgepoint Education. Jessica worked as a Program Manager, Process Optimization from June 2018 to March 2019, an Associate Director, Enrollment Services from May 2016 to June 2018, an Enrollment Services Manager from May 2013 to May 2016, and an Admissions Counselor from September 2011 to May 2013.

Earlier in their career, Jessica gained experience as a Certified Trainer at Darden from January 2004 to September 2011. Jessica also worked as a Mortgage Loan Processor at Mortgage Partners from April 2004 to June 2006, and as a Mobile Notary Public, being self-employed, from June 2002 to June 2006. Jessica's earliest role was as an Abstractor at Ticor Title from January 2003 to April 2004.

Jessica Williams has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus. Jessica also attended California State University San Marcos where they pursued a degree in Economics.
