Rick Holbrook is the current Chief Technology Officer at MTM. Prior to their current position, Rick was the CEO of ViiMed from November 2016 to June 2019. At ViiMed, Rick provided strategic and creative thought leadership that developed strong sales growth, created new and innovative products, and built strong partnerships that supported ViiMed's unique client centric operating model. Rick is also a creative market analyst that led product management insights to build a "win-win" product to assist in reimbursement / revenue cycle performance, increased patient satisfaction, and provider /staff productivity gains for physician offices, clinics, and hospitals / health systems. In addition, Rick optimized corporate methodologies for consulting services, implementations, and support services to be client led, repeatable, easy, and cost effective resulting in rapid installs. Lastly, Rick was a strong sales leader that built a 3rd party sales channel with 170+ "feet on the street" covering 23 states in 9 months resulting in nearly $2M year 1 bookings after 3 years of zero sales growth.

During Rick's time at ViiMed, they also transformed ViiMed's existing enterprise-wide cloud-based platform into a healthcare centric, state-of-the-art architecture that is highly availability and high performance that provides large scale end-user capabilities and data warehousing.

Rick Holbrook's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
