The leadership team at MTM has a wide range of experience in different industries and fields. Some have experience as CEOs, while others have worked their way up the ranks in various transit companies. Many on the team have received formal education in areas such as business administration, accounting, marketing, and computer science. In recent years, the team has shifted to include more women in leadership positions. This has given the company a more diverse perspective when it comes to making decisions.
