Josias Dona Wisdom AGBASSAGAN has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Josias Dona Wisdom started their career in 2011 at Moov Africa Bénin, where they worked as an ACTIF & PASSIF FME, handling technical centers and strategic areas. In 2013, they joined Ericsson Digital Services as a Network Operations Center Engineer at MOOV-BENIN ETISALAT. Josias Dona Wisdom then moved to Huawei in 2014, working as a Consultant F.O., supporting various domains including TX, IP, RAN, CS, and PS CORES at MTN BENIN. In the same year, they also joined MTN BENIN as a Team Lead Deputy F.O Engineer, supporting MS HUAWEI. In 2020, Josias joined Ericsson and took on roles such as IT NET, SYS & TELECOMS ENGINEER, Change Manager Support & Projects Support, and Back Office Transmission Team Lead Deputy F.O. Engineer.

Josias Dona Wisdom AGBASSAGAN completed their education in the field of networked computer systems and telecommunications. Josias Dona Wisdom obtained a Master's degree (M2) in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in networked computer systems and telecommunications from UATM GASA - FORMATION, from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Professional License in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in networked computer systems and telecommunications from the same institution, from 2009 to 2010. Josias Dona Wisdom also holds a Higher Technician Certificate (BTS) in networked computer systems and telecommunications from UATM GASA - FORMATION, which they acquired from 2007 to 2009.
