Carol Motaung

Carol Motaung has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Carol started their career at Neotel in 2006, where they held various leadership roles such as Head of Service Delivery, Head of Customer Service Management, and Head of Sales Operations. In 2011, they joined MTN Business and took on the role of Head of Sales Operations. Carol later became the Head of Service Management and currently holds the position of Head of Large Enterprise Sales (Gauteng).

Carol Motaung obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Henley Business School between 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cape Town between 1996 and 2001.
