Aloys DOUNTIO, MBA, serves as the Directeur Général at CANAL+ Group, managing the establishment and strategic development of Canal+ in Chad since December 2019. Concurrently, Aloys holds the position of Directeur Groupe for strategy, training, and commercial development across multiple countries, focusing on achieving commercial and financial objectives to maintain leadership in the African teledistribution sector. As CEO and Founder of PASSERELLE SARL, Aloys oversees business operations and growth. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at MTN Cameroon, where digital services and SME market development were prioritized, as well as responsibilities at CANAL+ Cameroun in commercial development and distribution management. Aloys has an extensive background in marketing and sales management across several companies, complemented by advanced degrees in management from ESSEC Business School Douala.
