Danielle Ibohn serves as a Fullstack Engineer and Data Scientist at MTN Cameroon since July 2017, specializing in developing microservices-based backend systems and dynamic user interfaces. Danielle has held multiple roles within the organization, including Coordinator for Social Media B2B Digital Transformation, where significant improvements in customer support efficiency and satisfaction were achieved. As a DevOps Coordinator, operational enhancements led to substantial increases in customer acquisition and retention. Danielle's previous experience includes serving as Country Manager for People Input, where digital marketing strategies enhanced e-banking adoption and brand awareness. Additional roles in community relations, product management, and social media management across various companies contribute to a well-rounded career in digital transformation and customer engagement. Danielle holds a Master's degree in Communication of Organizations from the University of Douala.
