Edwin Diymba has extensive experience in human resources management. Edwin Diymba. is currently working as the Head of Human Resources Operations at MTN Cameroon, where they are responsible for defining recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end process of employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with HR processes and policies, and monitoring and reporting on HR operational service delivery. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Human Resources at UNION BANK OF CAMEROON Plc., where they implemented HR strategies, developed HR procedures and policies, and provided guidance on HR matters to the management team. Edwin Diymba. also worked as the Regional HR Manager for the Africa Division at Paragon Offshore International Limited, where they oversaw HR operations in the region. Before that, they held positions as a Regional HR Business Partner at Weatherford and as a Country HR Representative at Schlumberger. Edwin Diymba. began their career as a Regional HR Compliance Coordinator at Emploi Service. Edwin holds an MBA and is a member of the CIPD.

Edwin Diymba holds an extensive education history. In 1996, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law and Political Sciences from the University of Dschang. Following this, in 1999, they pursued further education at the same university and completed a Masters Degree in Business Law. In 2006, Edwin Diymba enrolled in the Robert Gordon University and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
