Gervais Ntatto

Gervais NTATTO, PMP, is an experienced professional in key account and commercial management, currently serving as Manager of Key Account Management at MTN Cameroon since July 2017. In this role, Gervais oversees the management of business partners in the SOHO segment, leads Office to Office teams, and ensures the activation and delivery of services to postpaid clients. Prior to this position, Gervais held the role of Chef de Zone Littoral-Sud-Ouest at SITRACEL S.A. from April 2013 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing the sales force, monitoring client deliveries, and developing marketing action plans. Gervais's career began at Orange SHOP SOA as a Commercial Grands Comptes and agency manager from June 2009 to March 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Institut Universitaire Siantou and a Customer Experience Management degree from Neotelis Inc.
