Yves M. NSAPNGUN MBETBO is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network planning and optimization. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Network Engineering at MTN Cameroon since October 2004, responsibilities include overseeing nationwide radio access network projects and managing a team of engineers. Previous roles include Radio Planning and Optimization Manager, Team Leader, and Engineer, with a proven track record in project management that impacts customers and business outcomes. Yves also consulted for MTN Guinea Bissau, earning a YELLO STAR award for contributions in GSM radio network planning. Yves's earlier experience at Orange Cameroun and SCM/Mobilis established a strong foundation in radio network optimization.
